All maintenance of public reserve areas in the municipality are the responsibility of the RM of Victoria Beach.
King Edward Beach
Swimmers are reminded to exercise caution and to stay away from the buoy line at King Edward Beach. This area is marked-off because there is an undertow and despite the signage and buoys there have been several near-drownings over the past few years. On a number of occasions, rescuers have risked their own lives to save others.
