PROPERTY TAXES AND WATER SERVICE CHARGES / PAYMENTS
Property taxes and water service charges (if applicable) are due July 31st.
Tax and water arrears on the statements will include any penalty calculation for the current year at the time of printing. Late payment penalty will be charged on outstanding arrears at the rate of 1.25% per month, on the 1st day of each month.

- You will require your account/roll # to add the RM as a payee ( if unsure of what # to use please call the office for assistance) DO NOT add the decimal and if the account/roll # is to long/short then subtract/add the zeros at the front/back. This depends on how the banks have their accounts set up.
Note: RM of Victoria Beach has 2 accounts associated with most banks, 1 for taxes and 1 for utility, so please ensure you use the correct payee when making your payments.

The RM is set up for automatic deposit. Please use vicbeach@mymts.net and include a message in regards to what it is for. Ex. Permit # 2022-01

NOTE: Any payments made by cheque, online banking, or telpay will be processed day the payment is received, not the date on the cheque or date you made the online payment. To avoid late fees please allow 3-5 business days when paying online or sufficient time sending through the mail.
TAX CERTIFICATES
Tax Certificates are $40 payable to the RM of Victoria Beach 2035 Portage Ave, Winnipeg, MB R3J 0K6
Please notify the office of any address changes to ensure that your statement is mailed to the correct address to avoid penalty charges due to late payments.
